Amazing. Your charcoal drawings are astounding. I'm an artist as well, and I love portraiture. I have a sensory issue with charcoal, and I can't handle getting the charcoal all over myself, and how the charcoal feels touching the paper, and it bothers my allergies. (I know I'm crazy.) Made for several interesting college classes with all the figure drawing and still life drawings we did. I finally convinced my teacher that I had mastered charcoal drawing technique and he let me use a paintbrush and paint instead. Whew.) I do love the effect of it. Recently bought some pan pastels and I'm going to give them a shot. I wonder if they will achieve a similar look but be less "charcoaly?" LOL
